"I'm very impressed by West Mitsubishi's service and pricing. I had experience with Chey and Toyota and West Mitsubishi is a different league. The only complaint is about Mitsubishi.com website, it gave me the option to find the car and trim was looking for but the pricing information was misleading. I went to San Jose Mitsubishi and they were $7k-8K higher than the, they told me they are a different company vs. Mitsubishi.com. This wasn't the only one with price differences but they were the highest. It made my search longer. That is the reason for dropping the rating. I gave it 8 because West Mitsubishi has such a good service, without them it would have been 5-6. There should be a better correlation between the pricing in your website and the dealership."

"I started communicating with the dealership by email and text. Worked out a price, and setup a test drive. It was an 1.5hr drive for me, and luckily they had the paperwork ready for me. I did a quick test drive then signed the paperwork and got the car i wanted with everything i wanted, with little haggling, at the price i wanted. They showed me the in/outs of my car and i was on my way. This was the fastest I've ever bought a car. THANK YOU SO MUCH! WHAT A GREAT XMAS PRESENT to myself."
